We are an event planning company and the spa party themes are for entertainment only. Additionally, the spa “treatments” are also for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSED ONLY and may or may not performed by licensed professionals. If you are looking for a more in-depth manicure or pedicure treatment, please contact your local nail salon for assistance as they are better equipped to handle your requests. If your guests have allergies to any of the materials used (facial masks, nail polish, acetone, diary etc.) please ensure an alternate activity is available to them. All liability relies with the client as Sugar Kids Spa nor its staff is not responsible for any accidents, allergic reactions, or any other type of injury resulting from the “services” provided. To the best of our knowledge and ability, we will do everything possible to ensure a fun, safe party experience for all guests.

 

Cancelation Policy

To avoid being charged please contact us no less than 7 DAYS of your scheduled booking to reschedule.

LATE ARRIVAL (Individual Services): If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment your services could be downgraded without refund and $20 late fee will be added OR CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND.

 

INDIVIDUAL SERVICES MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

PARTY CONFIRMATION: Final count is due 7 days before party or event date.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY/ CHANGE NOTICE: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please notify Sugar Kids Spa no less than 7 days before event or party date to make any changes. Requested changes will be made based on availability. NO REFUNDS AFTER BOOKING. Cancellations OR Changes made less than 7 days of scheduled event or party will result in 100% cancellation fee.

NO ADDITIONAL GIRLS CAN BE ADDED BEYOND 8 GIRLS (NO EXCEPTIONS). PLEASE DO NOT BRING ADDITIONAL GIRLS DAY OF PARTY WITHOUT BOOKING!

INCONVENICE FEE: THERE WILL BE AN INCONVENICE FEE OF $65/PER GIRL FOR ANY ADDITIONAL GIRLS ADDED TO PARTY WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
