Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy To avoid being charged please contact us no less than 7 DAYS of your scheduled booking to reschedule. ​ LATE ARRIVAL (Individual Services): If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment your services could be downgraded without refund and $20 late fee will be added OR CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND. INDIVIDUAL SERVICES MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ​ PARTY CONFIRMATION: Final count is due 7 days before party or event date. CANCELLATION POLICY/ CHANGE NOTICE: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please notify Sugar Kids Spa no less than 7 days before event or party date to make any changes. Requested changes will be made based on availability. NO REFUNDS AFTER BOOKING. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ADDITIONAL GIRLS DAY OF PARTY WITHOUT BOOKING! ​ INCONVENICE FEE: THERE WILL BE AN INCONVENICE FEE OF $65/PER GIRL FOR ANY ADDITIONAL GIRLS ADDED TO PARTY WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. ALL SERVICES BOOKED HAVE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BOOKING MAY NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER DEPOSIT IS MADE. TRANSFERS ARE ALLOWED IF SCHEDULED DATE IS 7 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
